Not at all! Our strength training gym welcomes all experience levels. Our coaching and group sessions are designed to help beginners build a strong foundation.

What equipment does your strength training gym have?

We have competition-grade powerlifting, strongman, olympic weightlifting, stone lifting, and grip sports equipment — including logs, axles, viking press, kegs, yokes, husafells, circus dumbbells, natural stones, sleds, farmer's handles, frames, specialty bars, and atlas stones.

Do you offer group classes?

Yes! We run powerlifting and strongman group training sessions for all experience levels. It's a great way to learn technique, stay motivated, and train with a supportive community.

No, our memberships are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime.

Are kids allowed?

Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Customers aged 13-17 must have a waiver on file signed by a legal guardian.

Is your facility safe and secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our private facility is accessible by keycard/passcode access only and has 24/7 security video cameras inside. Doors automatically lock, and panic buttons are placed throughout the facility that can be used in an emergency to alert the owners and/or law enforcement.

Do you sell atlas stones?

Yes! We make premium custom concrete atlas stones ranging from 8 inches (~20 lb) to 22 inches (~410 lb), starting at $30. Made to order with a 6-8 week lead time.
